CLASS SIGN UP
Sign up in person on Class sign-up night at the CKC building: Prior to the start of each class session we hold an in person sign up at the CKC building every 9th Monday from 6:30pm-8pm (unless there is a holiday). Please see our home page for the date of the next class signup. Club personnel will be available to help you select the best class for you and your dog. Please note, no need to bring your dog with you, we are able to get the info we need by chatting with you about your dog. Feel free to print and complete the left side of the class registration form available here or complete one on signup night. Please bring a copy of proof of vaccination. We are able to accept your payment by check cash or debit/credit card.
- Sign up via email: Email Fran at Classes at CKC and let her know what class(es) in which you would like to enroll. Download and complete this registration form & waiver. Please complete left side of page 1, complete, sign & date page 2. Include the completed class registration form, waiver, and proof of vaccination with your email. Fran will discuss payment options with you when she places you in the class.
- Sign up via postal mail: Print copy of class registration form available here, complete the left side, indicate the class in which you wish to enroll, and mail with proof of vaccine and check for payment to:

- Returning students sign-up: If you are returning to the same class you can simply inform your instructor and bring your payment to the last class of your current session or the first class of the next session.
Early Registration helps us assign priority in requested classes. It does not guarantee that class space will be available.
Final class assignments are made after sign-ups are complete.
NIGHT of CLASS SESSION SIGN-UP
- On sign-up night, club personnel will be available to help you choose the class(es) which best suit you and your dog(s).
- Please bring a copy of proof of current vaccinations to leave with us.
- Payment accepted by cash, check or debit/credit card.
- Class schedule for current classes is available.
- Download and complete this registration form & waiver and bring to sign up with proof of vaccination.
- Please complete the left side of page 1, complete, sign & date page 2.
If you cannot make it to the club on this date, or if you prefer to register early, other sign up options are available above.
Regular sessions (6-8 classes):
- New Students: $100
- Returning Students (non-members): $85
- Returning Students (members): $75
Mini-sessions (4 classes):
- non-members: $65
- members: $55
Seniors (humans 60 years and older) will receive a discount of $25 on regular returning sessions.
